Message from Chairman

We have set forth two years ago on 7 June 2016 to create a real difference in higher education in Bangladesh based on skilled based education and research, and got ahead a long way in a short time. We are encouraged by our past successful mission, “Infra Polytechnic Institute, Barisal”, on applied program and large “Infra” community on this journey. We have a vital and committed team of faculty, staff and students dedicated to excellence in research and education. UGV is constantly growing by successfully developing new programs, recruiting new talent, creating new and better physical space for education, and research. We pay attention to our students’ socio-cultural achievements as well as their academic success. Therefore, we have already set up BDS-Business Development Society, Coding club, cultural club, English Language Club, Robotics Club and Smart dustbin for west management. We have plans to do many more innovative tasks. In order to explore our successes to motivate others to make Bangladesh a developed country by 2040, we attempt to produce a publication aimed at providing timely, dynamic, accurate and engaging information. UGV bulletin will be the best candidate for this purpose.
