Mechanical Engineering – Undergraduate Program
Mechanical Engineering is one of the oldest and largest engineering disciplines worldwide. At our university, a four-year undergraduate program in Mechanical Engineering was launched on 5th May 2021. The program emphasizes the study of energy—its transformation, transmission, and utilization—as well as applied mechanics and design.
Program Overview
The undergraduate program provides a strong technical foundation for students interested in fluid mechanics, applied mechanics, heat transfer, environmental pollution control, and other multidisciplinary fields where a solid understanding of technology is essential. Students gain hands-on experience and develop systematic procedures for analysis, design, and responsible use of technology.
Learning Experience
The curriculum combines lectures and practical sessions with industrial visits and on-site training of five to six weeks, giving students exposure to real-world engineering challenges. Emphasis is placed on technical areas such as:
