The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) of the University of Global Village (UGV) successfully organized a Seminar on Data structures, algorithms, and Competitive Programming on September 17, 2025, at 9:00 AM on the University of Global Village campus-2. We were honored to have Dr. M. Kaykobad, Former Dean of the Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at BUET, and Distinguished Professor at Brac University, Dhaka, as the keynote speaker. His insightful talk inspired our students and faculty by highlighting the importance of algorithms, data structures, and competitive programming in building strong problem-solving skills and excelling in the global tech arena. The seminar was attended by enthusiastic students, faculty members, and guests, creating a vibrant academic environment filled with learning and interaction. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. M. Kaykobad for his valuable contribution and to everyone who participated in making this event a success.
